Modern societies have been very conflicted, and women, in contrast to what it was believed until thirty years ago, have taken part in the dispute. Throughout these pages it will be established by means of a quantitive study, base don the Castilian’s judicial processes which had been an essential element in daily life. The study addresses situations in the family environment and outside of it. It analyzes conflicts in which they were more commonly involved and the ones where they were less implicated; and how justice treated them as oppose to how justice served the male populations.
