RESUMEN: El siguiente trabajo tiene por objetivo el estudio de la accesibilidad y usabilidad web en las empresas del sector lácteo de la comunidad de Cantabria, además de estudiar la accesibilidad y usabilidad web en otras iniciativas lácteas de la región que no cuentan con certificado ecológico. Para ello, se ha estudiado el concepto de accesibilidad web, las tecnologías con las que es compatible, la normativa aplicable tanto a nivel nacional como internacional, los distintos estándares de accesibilidad y las herramientas óptimas para un correcto análisis de accesibilidad web. Por otro lado, se ha estudiado el concepto de usabilidad web y los métodos más frecuentes para realizar una evaluación sobre el mismo. Además, se dará a conocer la importancia del sector lácteo desde una perspectiva nacional y regional, el concepto de producción ecológica, la cual se identifica por combinar prácticas ambientales optimas a la vez que se asegura el bienestar animal, un alto nivel de biodiversidad y la conservación de los recursos naturales (MAPA, 2023). En cuanto a la agricultura ecológica, se estudiarán de manera general la normativa aplicable a nivel europeo y nacional. Además, se dará a conocer los pasos necesarios para poder producir de manera ecológica y estudiar los organismos encargados de su control en España. Para realizar el estudio fue necesario estudiar a las empresas lácteas de Cantabria, para ello se consultó la página oficial del organismo encargado de su regulación en Cantabria el cual, cuenta con una base de datos de las empresas ecológicas de la región por medio de la cual fue posible analizar la presencia web de las mismas. Posteriormente se establecieron los criterios de accesibilidad y usabilidad, objeto de estudio, se seleccionaron las tecnologías y métodos considerados como óptimos y se procedió con la realización del análisis. Por medio de los resultados obtenidos se han otorgado recomendaciones de mejora para cada una de las empresas, y en último lugar, se procedió a evaluar la consecución o no de los objetivos planteados

ABSTRACT: The following work aims to study web accessibility and usability in dairy companies in the community of Cantabria and study web accessibility and usability in other dairy initiatives in the region that do not have a certificate ecological. This is why we have studied the concept of web accessibility, the technologies with which it is compatible, the regulations applicable both nationally and internationally, the different accessibility standards that have existed and the most optimal tools for a correct analysis of web accessibility. On the other hand, we have studied the concept of web usability and the most frequent methods to make an evaluation on it. In addition, the importance of the dairy sector from a national and regional perspective, the concept of organic production, which is identified by combining optimal environmental practices while ensuring animal welfare, a high level of biodiversity and the conservation of natural resources (MAPA, 2023). Regarding organic farming, the regulations applicable at European and national level will be studied in general and the steps necessary to be able to produce organically and to study the bodies responsible for their control in Spain will be announced. To carry out the study it was necessary to study the dairy companies of Cantabria, to do this, we searched the official website of the ministry in charge of its regulation in Cantabria which has a database of ecological companies in the region through which it was possible to analyze their web presence. Subsequently, the criteria under study were established, the technologies and methods considered as optimal were selected and the study was carried out. Through the results obtained, recommendations have been given for each of the companies and the final step was to evaluate whether or not the objectives set were achieved.
