RESUMEN: En el presente trabajo se realizará un análisis del RDL 6/2019 de 1 de marzo en su intento por garantizar un ejercicio efectivo de la corresponsabilidad. Para ello se abordará una de las principales medidas introducidas por esta norma con el objetivo de proporcionar una visión global sobre las características de esta, así como de sus puntos positivos y sus deficiencias. Se realizará de esta forma, un análisis de la nueva prestación económica para el ejercicio corresponsable por cuidado del lactante, una medida novedosa cuya efectividad ha sido profundamente cuestionada debido al amplio número de dudas que origina.
ABSTRACT: In this work, an analysis of RDL 6/2019 of March 1 will be carried out in its attempt to guarantee an effective exercise of co-responsibility. To this end, one of the main measures introduced by this standard will be addressed with the aim of providing a global vision of its characteristics, as well as its positive points and its shortcomings. In this way, an analysis of the new economic benefit for co-responsible exercise for infant care will be carried out, a novel measure whose effectiveness has been deeply questioned due to the large number of doubts it originates.
