RESUMEN: en este estudio, analizaremos la situación de los Derechos Humanos en Afganistán a lo largo de su historia más reciente. Estos derechos, especialmente en el caso de las mujeres, se han visto limitados por los diferentes gobiernos y normas jurídicas que se han ido sucediendo en el país. Nuestro análisis, realizado principalmente a través de documentos emitidos por la ONU, nos permitirá ver qué derechos se han vulnerado y cómo ha sido la situación de las mujeres en Afganistán en cada uno de esos periodos.
ABSTRACT: in this study, we will analyse the human rights situation in Afghanistan throughout its recent history. These rights, especially in the case of women, have been limited by the different governments and legal regulations that have succeeded each other in the country. Our analysis, carried out mainly through documents issued by the UN, will allow us to see what rights have been violated and what the situation of women has been like in each of these periods in Afghanistan.
