Abstract

ABSTRACT: In this assignement I am goint to present the very personal rights that fall on the right to honor, family and personal privacy and I am going to focus especially on the right to one's own image. On the other hand, we will see the issue of freedom of information, how it is regulated and we will go deeper into the limits of freedom of expression, an affair that in recent years has gained a lot of notoriety due to various incidents in the public sphere. Finally, I will focus on the field of social networks, where we are going to see how the commented rights could go against each other and how this also affects minors, a public that not only consumes the content of these platforms, but also that also creates it.
