Abstract

RESUMEN: La venta de los derechos audiovisuales del futbol en España, ha sido una disyuntiva que ha estado presente desde el comienzo de las retransmisiones televisivas de los partidos de fútbol. Se han dado diferentes sistemas de venta durante todos estos años, pero no por ello se ha conseguido solucionar un problema que siempre ha dejado a más detractores que simpatizantes. Se llega así a la necesidad de que, en 2015 el Gobierno de España, tenga que intervenir, mediante Real Decreto Ley, para regular esta materia que tantos conflictos había creado. El presente trabajo analizará el sistema de venta derivado de dicho Real Decreto, comparándolo con el sistema de venta anterior, con sistemas de venta utilizados en otros países de Europa, todo ello para determinar si todos ellos son sistemas adecuados conforme al derecho de la competencia.

ABSTRACT: The sale of football audiovisual rights in Spain, has been a dilemma since the begining of the football matches broadcast on TV. They have been different sales systems during the past years but this problem has not been solved, leaving more retractors tan supporters. Because of this, the governement have the necessity of intervening by Royal Decree-Law to control this issue back in 2015. The present proyect will analyze the sale system of the Decree-law, comparing this one with the last sales system and with other European sales systems. This comparision will be done in orther to determinate.
