RESUMEN: Una de las principales respuestas a la crisis financiera de 2008 ha sido la reestructuración completa y del sistema financiero en su conjunto. Como pieza clave del sistema las entidades bancarias han visto completamente modificada su normativa y han necesitado realizar profundas reformas estructurales para dar respuesta ha dichas exigencias. Así, hemos vivido en los últimos 10 años un proceso de concentración bancaria sin precedentes.

ABSTRACT: One of the main responses to the 2008 financial crisis has been the complete restructuring and restructuring of the financial system. As a key part of the system, the banking entities have seen their regulations completely modified and it have needed to carry out profound structural reforms to respond to these demands.
