Plan de viabilidad: Mahalo Camp

Abstract

ABSTRACT: In the following final degree project, we will study the feasibility plan of a maritime active tourism company focused on the offer of paddle surfing summer camps for customers from 7 to 14 years old, in the town of Malaga, Marbella. In the development of it, we have tried to get as close to reality as possible, so the budgets for materials, insurance, advertising and balance sheets are obtained from existing companies in the market. The structure of the project will be based on 4 basic pillars of a project, its economic, commercial, technical and financial viability. We begin by studying the macro-environment with a PESTEL analysis and the micro-environment using Porter's forces. We continue the commercial analysis, observing the balance sheets of our competitors, offered by the SABI database, this added to the experience of having worked in the sector, leads us to elaborate our sales forecast and commercial range. As for the operating range, once we have broken down all our costs and income, we find the break-even point we should reach to be profitable. Once we have analysed in detail what makes up our business, we draw up a SWOT and a CAME with which to respond to it. Finally, we conclude with the rejection of the project despite being technically feasible and argue what factors we should achieve to make it an economically viable project.
