El proyecto que se va a presentar surge tras la colaboración con la empresa “ATIM S.L.” durante las prácticas de formación, durante las cuales se propuso el estudio, diseño y desarrollo de un filtro regenerativo de tratamiento de aguas para grandes caudales. El objetivo es lograr la reducción al máximo de las pérdidas de agua, el consumo de energía y el uso de productos químicos, que supone una gran ventaja frente a las soluciones propuestas por la competencia, debido a que los otros métodos de limpieza en filtros proporcionan un rendimiento notablemente menor. Entre el equipo de diseño se estudiaron distintas opciones; sin embargo, se concluyó que la idea de un filtro regenerativo era las más apropiada para las aplicaciones a las que se destina el producto; además, resulta una solución innovadora en el sector de la filtración, y con unas prestaciones sin igual hasta el momento, ya que, al cotejar los cálculos orientativos previos con los ensayos experimentales se han alcanzado altas cotas de correlación, obteniendo resultados únicos en el ámbito de la filtración
ABSTRACT: The project which is going to be introduced rises up after having taken part in the training practices at “ATIM S.L.” when the study, design and development of regenerative filter for high-flow water being planned. The aim was reducing water losses, energy consumption and the use of chemical products, which means a great advantage versus the solutions purposed by the competition, due to their option was using another type of filter have lower efficiency. Among the design team several options were evaluated, however, it was concluded that the idea of regenerative filter was supposed to be the most suitable solution for the use this product was led to; furthermore, so far, since on comparing previous orientative calculations have been achieved in the filtration sphere.
