Resumen: Los matrimonios de conveniencia han ganado protagonismo en los últimos años tanto en el ámbito nacional como en el internacional como consecuencia de la globalización y de la inmigración. Estos matrimonios se celebran entre un español y un extranjero, o entre dos extranjeros, sin la concurrencia de consentimiento matrimonial válido con el fin de conseguir ventajas relativas a la nacionalidad y extranjería, llevando a cabo un fraude de ley. En el presente trabajo se va a realizar, además de un análisis sobre el problema en cuestión, un análisis sobre las Resoluciones dictadas por la DGRN relativas al matrimonio de conveniencia.
Abstract: The marriage of convenience in recent years have gained great prominence nationally and internationally as a consequence of the globalization and the immigration. These marriages are celebrated between a Spanish person and a foreign person, or between two foreign persons, without the concurrence of valid matrimonial consent in the order to get advantages related to nationally and foreigners causing fraud of the law. In the present work, an analysis about the problem go marriage convenience is made, and also analysis about the DGRN Resolutions relative to this question.
