ABSTRACT The following End of Master Work proposes the landscape of the “Montes de Pas” and “Valles Pasiegos”, the so-called pasiego landscape, as a candidate for the declaration of “cultural landscape”, as well as highlighting the importance of this designation for the revitalization of the area. To this end, the main landscape units of the pasiego landscape (“San Pedro del Romeral”; “Vega de Pas”; “Viaña”, “Yera” and “Pandillo”; and “Alto Miera”) have been evaluated in accordance with the criteria established by the National Plan of Cultural Landscape
RESUMEN El presente Trabajo de Fin de Máster viene a proponer el paisaje de los Montes de Pas y Valles Pasiegos, el denominado paisaje pasiego, como candidato a la declaración de “paisaje cultural”, además de resaltar la importancia de dicho nombramiento de cara a la revitalización de la zona.
