RESUMEN: A lo largo de este trabajo se tratará de hacer un análisis ordenado, general y práctico del procedimiento concursal español, desarrollando las fases del procedimiento y sus respectivas secciones. Dentro de dichas secciones, iremos exponiendo los casos reales analizados habiendo dispuesto de documentación presentada por las partes, resoluciones judiciales y de documentación emitida por la administración concursal, centrándonos en los procedimientos concursales de personas físicas. A su vez, y dado el momento en el que se realiza el presente trabajo, iremos viendo cómo ha cambiado la ley concursal con el texto refundido. Se termina analizando la nueva ley concursal y las medidas procesales y organizativas para hacer frente al COVID-19 en el ámbito de la Administración de Justicia. ABSTRACT: The main idea of this work is to offer a wide review of the regulation of the insolvency procedure according to the Spanish Law, developing the phases of the procedure and their respective sections. Within these sections, we will expose real cases, focusing on insolvency proceedings for individuals. In turn, given the moment in which this work is carried out, we will see how the regulation of the insolvency procedure has changed due to the new law. Finally, the regulation of the insolvency procedure and the procedural and organizational measures to face COVID-19 in the area of the Justice Administratation are analyzed.
