Abstract

ABSTRACT: The objective of this end-course project is to analyze the main pronouncements adopted by the European Court of Human Rights related to terrorism in Spain. We will specifically analyze the significance it had in this country the Parot doctrine as well as the question of whether the years of serving a sentence in another country should be taken into account when serving the rest of the sentence in the country of origin.
