RESUMEN: El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado trata sobre la innovación en el turismo, más concretamente en el sector hotelero y sobre cómo ha ido evolucionando el concepto de innovación a lo largo de los años. El trabajo consta de cuatro capítulos en los cuales se analiza en profundidad el concepto de innovación desde un punto de vista turístico, acercando al lector a las principales innovaciones que han ido surgiendo en los establecimientos hoteleros, como son la inteligencia artificial o la robótica y, finalmente, se hace una mención a las principales cadenas hoteleras innovadoras de nuestros tiempos.
ABSTRACT: The present degree thesis is about innovation in tourism, more specifically in the hospitality industry and how has evolved the concept of innovation over the years. The work consists of four chapters in which discussed in depth the concept of innovation from a tourist point of view, approaches the reader to the main innovations that have been emerging in the hotel establishments, such as artificial intelligence or Robotics and finally, a major hotel chains innovative in our times mention is made.
