RESUMEN: Para comenzar el trabajo de fin de grado, se hace este pequeño resumen donde pueden contemplar el desarrollo del trabajo de investigación que se desarrollará los siguientes puntos: En primer lugar, trata sobre la finalidad y los motivos por lo que se realizará este trabajo, con sus objetivos que tendrán en el futuro. En segundo lugar, se trata de la metodología de la investigación de este trabajo fin de grado y para finalizar se dará a conocer Calahorra con un breve contexto de su historia y de sus tipos de turismo, en particular el turismo gastronómico y religioso. Otro punto principal del trabajo es el estudio de la evolución del turismo en Calahorra en sus diferentes sectores donde podemos encontrar el turismo para poder investigar su evolución, como, por ejemplo: los alojamientos. Además, se desarrollará unas propuestas que a la hora de investigar puedan ayudar a aumentar y crecer el turismo en Calahorra ya que necesita tener un aumento de turistas para obtener mejores cifras en turismo y sacar unas conclusiones para observar su evolución final. Para ello se realizarán encuestas, entrevistas a diferentes sectores del turismo para esta investigación.

ABSTRACT: To begin this end of degree project, this small summary is done where they can the development of the investigation work can be considered in the following points: First, it treats on the purpose and the memorandum worked out in this project with its aims exposed for the future. Secondly it treats about the methodology of the investigation of this project work and finally Calahorra will be analyzed in its brief historical context and of its types of tourism, especially the gastronomic and wine tourism. Another main issue of the project is the study of the tourist development in Calahorra in his different sectors where we can find different focus for example its accommodations. In addition, a few offers will be exposed by investigating the possibilities of increase and growth of the tourism in Calahorra, since it needs to have a tourists' increase and after the conclusions are made to observe his future evolution. For that reason, surveys will be carried out in different sectors for this investigation.
