Emprendimiento social y discapacidad en Cantabria

Abstract

These agents have told close experiences or their own to the world of work of the people with disabilities, including problems which are encountered by them. Another of the points that are analysed it is how the persons with disabilities perceive entrepreneurship. On this part it has deepened about the fear to fail, knowledge or own entrepreneurial culture and that of others, focusing on people with disabilities. When performing the analysis of the situation of the entrepreneurship among disabled population, it was reached the result of a lack of entrepreneurial culture and a higher formation among other. Another of the remarkable points would be the fear to failure or the shallow amount of participation on the business world. To achieve the growth of enterprising people with disabilities they would have to strengthen the points where more lacking was registered.
