ABSTRACT: A generalization of General Relativity has been made, in which the nullity restriction on torsion is lifted. This results in the introduction of a second field equation that, in analogy with the field equation obtained in General Relativity, links a geometric object with a physical one. If in General Relativity curvature and energy-momentum were linked by a field equation, now a second equation is added that links torsion with spin. This is done from the coordinates of the manifold and from the tangent space, where the theory is known as teleparallelism. Once the field equations are obtained, a new Einstein tensor is calculated that takes into account that the connection is no longer symmetric, and using the new field equation it is expressed as a function of spin. From here, solve within the cosmological framework taking into account the new Einstein tensor. The contribution of torsion will serve to explain two traditional cosmological problems, atness and horizon, without the need for inationary theories.
