RESUMEN: El autor indaga sobre el valor formativo del derecho romano y la dogmática en el Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior y considera que la historia es el depósito de la experiencia donde se custodian las raíces de los estudios jurídicos comunes. Propone así cómo articular esta enseñanza.
