Resumen: La elección de este tema para realizar mi Trabajo de Fin de Grado, ha sido motivada por varias razones, el primero por el gran crecimiento experimentado de las apuestas deportivas en estos últimos años y en segundo lugar por ser un tema que despierta mucho interés en la ciudadanía y el gran flujo de sumas de dinero que mueve este negocio a nivel nacional. El desarrollo de este trabajo constará de tres partes bien definidas, la primera será teórica, en la que se explicará en qué consiste una apuesta deportiva, su origen, historia y evolución, tanto a nivel mundial como nacional. En la segunda parte del trabajo, se realizará un análisis tanto del entorno específico (Microentorno) como del general (Macroentorno), de una empresa de apuestas deportivas. En lo referente al entorno específico, se analizarán los agentes intervinientes, que serán las propias empresas del sector, los intermediarios y la tipología de los clientes. En cuanto al entorno general, se analizarán las fuerzas que intervienen en las empresas del sector de las apuestas deportivas, las cuales son el entorno político/legal, socio/cultural, tecnológico y económico.Por último, se extraerán una serie de conclusiones acerca de los análisis efectuados tanto del entorno específico como general, todo ello plasmándose a través de la identificación de amenazas y oportunidades para las propias empresas del sector. La metodología empleada para el desarrollo de este trabajo, al no existir información por escrito, será obtenida mediante diversos diarios digitales, páginas webs especializadas en apuestas deportivas e incluso mediante información aportada gracias a organismos públicos como la Dirección General de Ordenación del Juego.

Abstract: Choosing this topic to do my End of Degree Project has been motivating for several reasons: the first one being the huge growth experienced in sports betting in recent years and secondly, because it is an issue that arouses a lot of interest among our citizens and the huge flow of sums of money that drives this business nationally. The development of this work will consist of three well-defined parts, the first will be theoretical, in which we will explain what a sports bet consists of, its origin, history and evolution, both worldwide and nationally. In the second part of the work, an analysis will be carried out on both the specific environment (Microentorno) and the general (Macroentorno) of a sports betting company.With regard to the specific environment an analysis will be carried out on the agents involved, these will be the companies in the sector themselves, the intermediaries and the typology of the clients. Regarding the specific environment, the forces involved in companies in the sports betting sector will be analysed, which are the political/legal, socio/cultural, technological and economic environment. Finally, a number of conclusions will be drawn on the analyses carried out on both the specific and general environments. All this is reflected through the identification of threats and opportunities for the companies themselves in the sector. The methodology used for the development of this work, in the absence of written informa-tion, will be obtained through various digital newspapers, websites which are specialized in sports betting and even through information provided by public bodies such as the Directorate General for Game Management.
