RESUMEN: Durante los últimos años la ciudad de Logroño ha incorporado un nuevo barrio al plano del municipio. Fruto de las aglomeraciones de edificios alrededor del Centro Comercial Berceo, el barrio de los Lirios constituye un barrio moderno y como tal, en desarrollo. A día de hoy no disfruta de muchos servicios garantizados en otros barrios, entre ellos tan básicos como un centro de salud ni una conexión peatonal segura para sus vecinos con el resto de la ciudad. Tras años de reclamaciones por parte de la asociación de vecinos al Ayuntamiento de Logroño, me pongo en disposición de alcanzar el objetivo de darles una conexión segura con el resto de la ciudad a través del desarrollo de una pasarela peatonal en la zona que sustituya a los actuales pasos de peatones, y que favorezca a todo el vecindario. La pasarela se dimensiona tras un exhaustivo análisis tanto para su posición como para su tipología, una celosía tipo arco. La estructura está únicamente apoyada en los extremos, por lo que nos encontramos con un único vano cuya luz salve toda la distancia, respetando en toda ella el gálibo mínimo sobre la autovía. Asimismo me gustaría destacar la importancia de los accesos, su situación para acometer la función de darle fluidez al tráfico de viandantes respetando siempre la accesibilidad. En definitiva, no estamos solo ante una simple obra de conexión, sino que esta actuación aporta mucho más a un barrio que se ha sentido olvidado, respondiendo así a sus reiteradas demandas para unirlo definitivamente a la ciudad que pertenece.

ABSTRACT: During the last years, Logroño has incorporated a new neighborhood into the plane municipality. As the result of the crowds of buildings around the Shopping Center Berceo, the Neighborhood of “Los Lirios” is modern and as such neighborhood, in development. Today, it doesn´t enjoy many guaranteed services in other neighborhoods like a health center or a secure oedestrain road for the neighbors with the rest of the city. After many years of complaints from the Neighbors Assosiation to the Logroño´s Town Hall. I´m able to achieve the goal of giving them a safe connection with the rest of the city with the development of a pedestrian walkway in the are to replace the current pedestrian crossings, in favor of the neighborhood. The walkway has been sized after a very exhaustive análisis for both, position and typology, like an arch-like lattice. The structure is only supported at the end, so we find with a single vain whose light saves the hole distance, respecting in all of it the gauge minimum on the highway. In an other way, I would like to highlight the importance of the access and the situation for undertake the function of giving fluency to the traffic of passengers that always respects the Accessibility Finally, We aren´t facing a simple work of connection, since this action brings much more to a neighborhood that has felt forgotten, responding to their repeated demands to definitely unite them to the rest of the city that belongs.
