Deterioro cognitivo leve -factores neuroprotectores modificables

Abstract

Consequently, this implies an increase in the alterations associated with aging, which includes Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI). That concept includes subjects who have memory deficits which do not affect Basic Activities of Daily Living and do not meet the requirements for dementia. Due to the high prevalence of this condition, many scientists have conducted studies on modifiable neuroprotective factors that can decrease the risk of developing it. Given the incidence of MCI and the degree of dependency that its possible evolution to dementia causes, it is necessary to develop an interdisciplinary approach and a Nursing Care Plan.
