Abstract

En el presente trabajo fin de máster se pretende realizar un estudio técnico previo al proyecto de ingeniería para el diseño e instalación de una planta de tratamiento de agua de lastre para el buque de pasaje Volcán de Tauce. Para ello, se analizarán los sistemas existentes con el fin de encontrar el que mejor se adapte a las características del buque anteriormente nombrado. Una vez analizados se procederá a la selección de uno de ellos atendiendo a los criterios de calidad-precio. Posteriormente, se explicará el proceso de tratamiento de agua de lastre, especificando sus componentes, así como su propio funcionamiento y su correspondiente mantenimiento. Por último, se elaborará una propuesta de instalación que incluirá tanto el presupuesto del mismo como el tiempo estimado de finalización del proyecto, con el objetivo de contextualizar de forma precisa y realista la aplicabilidad de lo expuesto en este documento.

In this master's final project, it intends to carry out a technical study prior to the engineering project for the design and installation of a ballast water treatment plant for the passenger ship Volcán de Tauce. Thus, the existing systems will be analyzed in order to find the one that best suits the characteristics of the previously named vessel. Once analyzed, one of them will be selected according to the quality-price criteria. Subsequently, the ballast water treatment process will be explained, specifying its components, as well as its own operation and its corresponding maintenance. Finally, an installation proposal will be prepared that will include both its budget and the estimated time of completion of the project, in order to accurately and realistically contextualize the applicability of what is stated in this document.
