Planificación financiera en pymes

Abstract

ABSTRACT: The line of study of this project is only financial planning is mainly in SMEs, ie small and medium enterprises. There are two clearly differentiated parts in this elaborated project. For the realization of the first part, I have been based on the use of specialized books in financial planning and business management. It is an introductory section, detailing how throughout history the idea of planning has evolved, adapting not only to time but also to the type of companies. In addition to clarifying basic concepts, such as the definition of planning. In this part, I also mention, in general terms, the objectives that the companies intends to achieve once the planning activity has been carried out, and the facilities that we now have at our disposal, thanks to the existence of different financial planning models. The main objective is to explain everything in a simple and clear way, since all readers are expected to be able to understand it and enjoy reading it. In the second part of the project. I try to put into practice all the previously developed theory, making a series of interviews with companies based in Cantabria. In particular i have interviewed very different activities such as a dental clinic, transport company, constructions and finaly on point of view of the financial asesor for SMEs in the bank. I am interested not only in their area of activity they develop but also I aim to know their way of working and how they face the task of business planification. The latter part, is the part that I have been most interested in, what are the steps that companies follow to plan their business, whether if they rely on the rest of departments to do it. And if they differentiate different stages of planning such as the long and short term. This project ends with the analysis of each of the companies, I have studied. The conclusion is totally personal.
