RESUMEN: El presente trabajo pretende analizar las diferentes posibilidades que permite el ordenamiento jurídico español para acceder al sistema sanitario. Desarrolla una comparativa entre la sanidad pública y la sanidad privada, enfatizando en los principales seguros sanitarios que podemos encontrar y sus diferentes coberturas. Se estudia especialmente sus cláusulas delimitadoras y las diferentes limitaciones en relación con la cobertura. Además, contempla la evolución del sector privado en el ambito sanitario en el transcurso de los últimos años.

ABSTRACT: The present work tries to analyze the different possibilities that the Spanish legal system allows to access the health system. It develops a comparison between public health and private health, emphasizing the main health insurance we can find and their different coverages. Its delimiting clauses and the different limitations in relation to coverage are studied in particular. In addition, it is considered the evolution of the private sector in the health field during the course of recent years
