RESUMEN El efecto invernadero es un fenómeno que se produce en nuestro planeta pero no es exclusivo de este. En los últimos años hemos visto como las noticias relacionadas con el efecto invernadero se han incrementado debido a una creciente preocupación internacional por el calentamiento de la Tierra. Las causas de este fenómeno no son exclusivas de la acción humana, sino que también son producidas por el propio funcionamiento de la Tierra. Es cierto que el ser humano tiene gran parte de responsabilidad de los últimos cambios que se han producido en el clima como es el aumento de la temperatura del planeta. Dicho aumento de las temperaturas puede traer consigo unas consecuencias devastadoras tanto para el planeta como para la especie humana. Es necesario que tanto el panorama político como los propios ciudadanos trabajen juntos para poder encontrar la solución al problema.

ABSTRACT The greenhouse effect is a phenomenon that occurs on our planet but is not unique to it. In recent years we have seen how news related to the greenhouse effect have increased due to growing international concern about global warming. The causes of this phenomenon are not exclusive to human action, but are also produced by the Earth's own functioning. It is true that the human being has a great part of responsibility for the latest changes that have occurred in the climate as it is the increase of the temperature of the planet. Such an increase in temperature can bring about devastating consequences for both the planet and the human species. It is necessary that both the political leaders and the citizens themselves work together to find the solution to the problem.
