Modelo de comportamiento del usuario en la búsqueda de aparcamiento

Abstract

En este artículo se presenta una metodología para diseñar encuestas de preferencias declaradas orientadas a definir el comportamiento del usuario en la elección de la tipología de aparcamiento y se estiman modelos de elección discreta para estudiar dicho comportamiento. El diseño de la encuesta se lleva a cabo usando la técnica del D-error y se estiman modelos logit considerando variaciones sistemáticas y aleatorias en los gustos de los usuarios. Los modelos evidencian la heterogeneidad en la percepción de la tarifa, así como, la alta influencia de otras variables como la edad del vehículo o la posesión de tarjeta de residencia.

This paper describes a methodology to design stated preference surveys focus to define users´ behaviour when choosing a parking place and we estimate discrete choice models to study that behaviour. To create the survey questionnaire, we used an efficient design minimising the D-error and we estimated logit models which consider systematic and random change in users´ taste. Models shows heterogeneity in the perception of the cost of parking, and also, the highest influence of other variable like age of car and possession of residential card.
