Abstract

Este proyecto de investigación se propone analizar, aclarar y dilucidar las diferentes situaciones que se han presentado en los estrados judiciales, respecto del debido proceso probatorio en lo que concierne específicamente a la prueba documental, se desarrollarán aspectos generales de los medios de prueba, el documento, y el debido proceso para aportar este medio probatorio al juico oral, señalando uno a uno los pasos que deben seguirse en las diferentes audiencias del sistema con tendencia acusatoria
