La filosofía constituye base indispensable para construir argumentación frente alas manifestaciones jurídico-políticas y sociales anteriores y vigentes, entre las que se encuentran el nuevo constitucionalismo latinoamericano. Esta nueva apuesta pretende buscar alternativas de interpretar la realidad circundante, abordarla desde lo “Otro”1, para ello se hace necesario reconocernos desde la “Alteridad”, desde lo diverso, lo “en-cubierto” y “des-cubierto”2, esa cosmovisión que ha sido desplazada, despreciada y costreñida, ha comenzado a tomar sentido y voz a partir del reconocimiento y su autodeterminación ontológica. Conviene señalar, en gran medida y como base para soportar los argumentos del presente trabajo, el importante aporte epistémico-ontológicoque se ha venido desarrollando en los últimos años, por medio de la propuesta denominada: “ontología política decolonial”, que sin lugar a dudas, ha permitidodar mayor explicación y robustez a lo expuesto en las cartas constitucionales de Venezuela, Ecuador y Bolivia.

Philosophy is an indispensable basis for constructing arguments in the face of previous and current juridical-political and social manifestations, including the new Latin American constitutionalism. This new bet aims to seek alternatives to interpret the surrounding reality, address it from the "Other"1, for this it is necessary to recognize us from the "Otherness", from the diverse, the "in-covered" and "de-covered"2, that worldview that has been displaced, despised and costreñida, has begun to take meaning and voice from the recognition and its ontological self-determination. It should be noted, to a large extent and as a basis to support the arguments of this work, the important epistemic-ontological contribution that has been developed in recent years, through the proposal called: "decolonial political ontology"which, without a doubt, has allowed us to give more explanation and robustness to the statements made in the constitutional letters of Venezuela, Ecuador and Bolivia.
