Resumen.Se construye como definición de retórica jurídica a las acciones del lenguaje sobre el lenguaje legal. Desde esta premisa se exploran las relaciones y fronteras que se establecen entre el discurso jurídico entendido como competencia lingüística legal y la enunciación del discurso, el punto de vista del hablante jurídico y su eficacia procesal ante el auditorio legal.
Abstract. Is constructed as a definition of legal rhetoric to the actions of legal language about language.From this premise explores the relationships and boundaries that exist between legal discourse understood as legal proficiency and the enunciation of speech,the speaker’s point of view of legal and effective legal proceedings before the audience.
