Este trabajo describe el diseño del plan de mercadeo digital que busca impulsar el posicionamiento de MedifarmaJD Droguería en la ciudad de Popayán, utilizando la investigación exploratoria con el fin de conocer hábitos de consumo, explorar necesidades, expectativas y comportamientos de los clientes, para determinar nuevos canales de comercialización. Así mismo, se analizan las tendencias del mercadeo digital en el canal droguerías, y se realiza un benchmarking estableciendo el grado de desempeño de la competencia en la implementación de estrategias digitales.
This work describes the design of the digital marketing plan that seeks to promote the positioning of MedifarmaJD Droguería in the city of Popayán, using exploratory research in order to know consumption habits, explore needs, expectations and behaviors of customers, to determine new marketing channels. Likewise, the digital marketing trends in the drugstore channel are analyzed, and a benchmarking is performed establishing the degree of performance of the competition in the implementation of digital strategies.
