Abstract

Un modelo de madurez en la gestión de proyectos aplicado a las organizaciones del sector bancario permite fortalecer los procesos desarrollados entorno a las buenas prácticas de gestión de proyectos, evaluando las técnicas organizacionales y los parámetros de planeación estratégica, que permitan generar lineamientos y cumplimiento de una cultura tendiente al logro de objetivos, directamente proporcionales al éxito de los proyecto ejecutados. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo conocer el grado de madurez en la gestión de proyectos en el sector bancario, lo cual permite evaluar la condición en la que se encuentran dichas organizaciones con relación a los estándares internacionales actuales, el resultado de este estudio es un modelo hibrido que va a permitir mayor eficacia en las buenas prácticas de la gestión de proyectos. De conformidad a lo anterior se pude identificar que la aplicación de un modelo de madurez basada en los lineamientos internacionales es efectiva.

A model of maturity in project management applied to banking organizations strengthens developed processes environment to good project management practices, evaluating techniques of organization and strategic planning parameters, allowing generating guidelines and compliance of a culture conducive to the achievement of objectives, directly proportional to the success of the project. This research aims to know the degree of maturity in managing projects in the banking sector, which allows evaluating the condition in which such organizations to current international standards are related, the result of this study is a model hybrid that it will allow greater efficiency in project management practices. In accordance with the foregoing could be identified that the application of a maturity model based on international guidelines is effective.
