El presente trabajo de investigación resulta relevante para analizar las principales causas que generan la creación de las organizaciones sindicales, identificando el impacto que estas tienen en el contexto empresarial. Además de definir el papel que juega Gestión Humana durante el proceso de negociación colectiva de las organizaciones sindicales.
