Abstract

En esta monografía se recopila información sobre las últimas tecnologías de comunicación industrial a nivel mundial para la automatización de los procesos en plantas de producción y lograr el mejoramiento en cuanto a la eficiencia, costos, calidad del producto final, disponibilidad y seguridad de la planta y su personal operativo. En el presente trabajo se realizará un estudio de integración de redes de instrumentación inteligente en sistemas de control para el mejoramiento de procesos industriales basado en la metodología Team Process, la cual es útil para la integración y optimización de procesos. Como resultado se busca obtener un modelo que se pueda aplicar a cualquier organización que necesite mejorar la calidad en sus productos, la disponibilidad de la planta, aumentar el rendimiento operativo, reducir los costos de operación y de mantenimiento, optimizar la seguridad, salud y cumplimiento ambiental, reduciendo los desperdicios, el retrabajo y los costos en servicios públicos .

This monograph collects information about the latest communication technologies industry worldwide for the automation of production processes in plants and achieve improvements in terms of efficiency, costs, final product quality, availability and security of plant and operations personnel. In this paper a study of integration of intelligent instrumentation networks in control systems for industrial process improvement methodology based on the Process Team, which is useful for integration and process optimization. As a result, is seeking a model that can be applied to any organization that needs to improve the quality of its products, the availability of the plant, increase operational efficiencies, reduce operating costs and maintenance, optimize health, safety and compliance environment, reducing waste, rework and costs in public services.
