Abstract

This descriptive study evaluates from a qualitative methodological perspective, the presence of intralaboral psychosocial risk factors in therapeutic staff working in a IPS of Level III of Bogota. Participated in the study, 25 therapists, and took into account variables such as age, gender, profession and work time in the institution. The assessment instrument used was Questionnaire Intralaboral Psychosocial Risk Factors Form A, developed by the Directorate General of Occupational Hazards of the Ministry of Social Protection, with the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (2010). Results were obtained as professionals working in the facility are exposed to a lesser or greater degree of intralaboral psychosocial risk factors, so the actions taken at the organizational level should be aimed at the promotion, prevention, and intervention risk factors. The Speech, language and hearing Therapists, Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists, single professionals and practitioners working in the institution for more than 3 years, and those who have a period between 6 months and one year of work, are exposed to higher levels of risk .
