Uno de los interrogantes más frecuentes entre teóricos, pragmáticos y ejecutivos, en fin,entre todo aquel vinculado a la administración empresarial, es ¿cómo lograr la competitividad? Pero mucho más complica-do es preguntarse por la competitividad en países latinoamericanos enmarcados bajo condiciones socioeconómicas turbulentas .En este artículo se indica cómo la generación de resultados económicos (propósito dela totalidad de compañías que se han enfocado a cambiar su modelo mental en busca de la globalización) demanda estrategias organizacionales mucho más efectivas: la movilización de inteligencias, el aprendiza-je, la innovación, muchas de los cuales podemos enmarcar como elementos estructurales de la empresa; e, igualmente, unos procesos que garanticen los resultados económicos
One of the most frequent questions amongtheorists, pragmatists and executives en-gaged with the business administration is howto achieve competitiveness. Even more com-plex it is to try to get competitiveness in LatinAmerican countries, most of them under so-cial struggles and economic conditions.
