Abstract

Competition, international economy and technological advances make companies work in their permanent renewal and change management which lead us to conceptualize important topics such as flexibility and disposition facing new concepts for the culture of the organization. Therefore, all sources should be used to make changes in the company without affecting its current organizational culture. This paper tries to unify concepts of corporate culture based on 19 articles written in Harvard Business Review and Academy of Management Review, aiming at applying strategic tools to promote a better culture within organizations
