Negocio inclusivo: gana-gana sostenible. Encadenamiento productivo: caso Asociación de Recicladores de Cali

Abstract

Inclusive businesses are defined as company win- to- win innovation strategies through which we try to avoid poverty and to improve lifestyle in developing countries; it also tries to strengthen the value chains existing in the private sector. Due to the fact that this is a new concept, this research aims at identifying all the necessary variables that determine the conditions for these models to succeed when they reach economic, social and environmental goals in a balanced and sustainable way. To reach this purpose, a qualitative research study was made through a case study method, through which we try to prove the existence of mutual benefits and to identify the most effective strategies that contribute to the development, growth, competitiveness and sustainability of this business model, reaching the New Millennium Development Goals.
