Abstract

Este trabajo analiza el impacto del teletrabajo en la productividad laboral de los empleados de Altipal S.A.S. en las áreas administrativas, comerciales y de servicio al cliente. A través de un enfoque cuantitativo y el uso de encuestas, se evaluaron variables como condiciones del teletrabajo, percepción de productividad, comunicación, supervisión, bienestar emocional y satisfacción. Los resultados evidencian que el teletrabajo ofrece ventajas como flexibilidad, ahorro de tiempo y aumento en la calidad de vida, pero también plantea desafíos en términos de coordinación, disponibilidad de herramientas y percepción de desempeño. El estudio propone lineamientos para mejorar la implementación del teletrabajo como modelo sostenible, basado en prácticas organizacionales eficaces.

This analyzes the impact of teleworking on the work productivity of employees at Altipal S.A.S., specifically in administrative, commercial, and customer service areas. Using a quantitative approach and surveys, the study evaluates variables such as telework conditions, productivity perception, communication, supervision, emotional well-being, and satisfaction. Findings show that teleworking offers benefits like flexibility, time savings, and improved quality of life, but also brings challenges related to coordination, technological tools, and perceived performance. The study proposes guidelines to enhance the implementation of teleworking as a sustainable model based on effective organizational practices.
