Abstract

This paper develops an intervention plan to improve the maturity level of sustainable project management at the National Roads Institute. To this end, an internal and external institutional diagnosis of sustainable project management is conducted, and a report on the maturity level of sustainable project management is prepared based on a diagnosis of project management maturity at INVIAS. This is complemented by the application of the GPM-P5 standard for assessing sustainability in projects in the pre-investment phase. Based on the above, opportunities for improvement at the Institute regarding sustainable project management are identified.
