Abstract

The project involves developing a custom software solution for MardoCigars, a boutique tobacco company based in Florida, to optimize its bonus and discount system through coupons. Currently, the company uses an expensive and oversized commercial software that costs $1,500 per month without meeting its specific needs. The proposed solution will reduce costs by 70%, automate coupon management, and improve operational efficiency. The development process includes requirements analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance, ensuring scalability and security using technologies such as Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and ReactJS.
