Prototipo simulado de vivienda sostenible SWEET HOME

Abstract

Integrating various concepts in self-sufficient homes will offer the market the possibility of renewing its spaces with a new vision in accordance with current trends that shape the demand for environmental solutions to which we are subject, taking into account economic, social and environmental sustainability. Given the continuous changes in the representative rate of the TRM market, the prices of the family basket, public services, fuel prices are substantially affecting the economy of people in Colombia. The change by users in their consumption has been evident, prioritizing their purchases to what is strictly basic, necessary and/or selecting smaller products from possibly unknown brands, not to mention that in 2021 more than 1.5 million people preferred emigrate to the USA due to economic volatility according to Chavez and Batalova. 2023, this and other social phenomena has not allowed the creation of Sweet Home as an alternative to improve the quality of life of people using creativity in design with tools common and with a relatively low investment for the benefits obtained
