Nueve casos de MyPEs
This book presents the abstracts of the XXXII Colombian Congress of Chemical Engineering. This event addressed a wide range of crucial topics, and reflected the diversity and breadth of the impact of chemical engineering in today's society. For this occasion, the framework of process safety is understood; participants explored the most advanced strategies to safeguard integrity in the execution of industrial operations. The convergence of technology and entrepreneurship was another central axis, which highlighted the synergy between technological innovation and entrepreneurial vision to drive progress and competitiveness. It also addresses vital issues such as circular economy, sustainability and gender inclusion, recognizing the responsibility of chemical engineering in building solutions that balance industrial development with respect for the environment and diversity.
Este trabajo muestra nueve casos de la realidad de micro y pequeñas empresas (MyPEs), con la metodología propia de la Universidad Ean. Está escrito en un lenguaje sencillo y práctico, de tal manera que pueda ser utilizado en cualquier nivel universitario. Estamos seguros de que este trabajo será bienvenido para el desarrollo de competencias de estudiantes de acuerdo con los objetivos de cada caso y en las asignaturas, sobre todo las relacionadas con el proceso clásico administrativo de planear, dirigir, organizar y controlar.
