Granja Xisqua, es un proyecto con varias aristas y retos que se lograron poner en armonía para responder a los retos sociales, ambientales y económicos que se gestan al redor de la seguridad alimentaria y sus principales protagonistas: campesinos con pequeñas extensiones de tierra que subsisten en un sistema en el que es difícil tener una diferencia competitiva.
"Granja Xisqua" is a project with multiple facets and challenges that were harmonized to address the social, environmental, and economic challenges surrounding food security and its key players: small-scale farmers who subsist in a system where it is difficult to have a competitive edge.
