Abstract

El Estudio de Tendencias en Marketing Digital del Observatorio de Mercadeo de la Universidad EAN aborda la evolución del mercado laboral colombiano, enfocándose en las competencias esenciales para los profesionales del marketing. Con el objetivo de identificar tendencias emergentes y evaluar la demanda del mercado, la investigación adopta un enfoque cualitativo en dos fases. El presente documento mostrará los resultados de la primera fase, que implica la construcción de un diario estructurado de campo respaldado por un exhaustivo análisis de datos recopilados de fuentes abiertas. Los resultados resaltan la creciente relevancia en conocimientos relacionados con la gestión de proyectos, el comercio electrónico, growth hacking y habilidades analíticas. La conclusión destaca la imperativa necesidad de una formación integral, fusionando creatividad, adaptabilidad y competencias técnicas para preparar a los profesionales frente a un entorno digital dinámico.

The Digital Marketing Trends Study of the Marketing Observatory of the EAN University addresses the evolution of the Colombian labor market, focusing on essential competencies for marketing professionals. With the aim of identifying emerging trends and assessing market demand, the research adopts a two-phase qualitative approach. This document will show the results of the first phase, which involves the construction of a structured field diary supported by an exhaustive analysis of data collected from open sources. The results highlight the growing relevance of knowledge related to project management, e-commerce, growth hacking and analytical skills. The conclusion highlights the imperative need for comprehensive training, fusing creativity, adaptability and technical skills to prepare professionals for a dynamic digital environment.
