Abstract

Este documento tiene como objetivo evaluar la viabilidad y el potencial de éxito de la creación de un emprendimiento basado en la producción y venta de carnes ahumadas bajas en sodio. El mercado de carnes ahumadas ha experimentado un crecimiento sostenido en los últimos años debido a la creciente demanda de productos alimenticios de calidad y sabores distintivos, además de los cortos tiempos que demandan en su preparación. En el desarrollo del proyecto se presentan aspectos claves como el mercado objetivo, la propuesta de valor única, la competencia, los aspectos financieros y las estrategias de marketing, aspectos legales y organizacionales, y un factor esencial para las empresas en la actualidad como la sostenibilidad del negocio, entre otros. El objetivo final de este estudio es proporcionar una evaluación sólida y fundamentada, que permita tomar decisiones informadas acerca de la viabilidad de emprender en el mercado de carnes ahumadas, identificando oportunidades para destacar y establecer un negocio exitoso y rentable. En este sentido, el documento presenta una evaluación integral que permite comprender de manera clara los desafíos y oportunidades que tiene el mercado y una oportunidad para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

The objective of this paper is to evaluate the feasibility and potential success of creating an enterprise based on the production and sale of low-sodium smoked meats. The smoked meats market has experienced sustained growth in recent years due to the growing demand for quality food products and distinctive flavors, in addition to the short preparation times required. In the development of the project, key aspects such as the target market, the unique value proposition, competition, financial aspects and marketing strategies, legal and organizational aspects, and an essential factor for companies today such as business sustainability, among others, are presented. The ultimate goal of this study is to provide a solid and informed assessment, allowing informed decisions to be made about the feasibility of entering the smoked meats market, identifying opportunities to stand out and establish a successful and profitable business. In this sense, the document presents a comprehensive assessment that provides a clear understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the market and an opportunity for strategic decision making.
