It is unknown to no one that very few people in the world were prepared to assume and face a pandemic of such magnitude as that of COVID-19, and this entire adaptation process has already taught us various lessons in the personal and family environment, such as large companies and industries; highlighting the importance and need to invest in resources that promote care and prevention in the mental health of employees and work teams. According to a study carried out by the consulting firm Deloitte and other entities such as DANE and ANDI, among others, by the year 2021, 81% of Human Resources leaders in Colombia stated that it is necessary to have emotional service support. and mental, when offering attractive benefits for workers. Of course, it is estimated that for every dollar that companies invest in mental health projects, they will yield a return of 4 dollars in estimates included in the turnover of personnel, productivity, efficiency, among others.
