Abstract

Guía estructurada en tres capítulos: en el primero se describen algunos conceptos generales adecuados para divulgar en grupos ciudadanos que trabajen en la búsqueda de entornos urbanos más limpios, saludables e incluyentes. En el segundo capítulo, proponen una metodología que consiste en cinco pasos: señalar, entender, comprometer, proponer y actuar, los cuales pueden conducir una iniciativa exitosa hacia la realización de una solución concreta para un problema urbano de sostenibilidad ambiental. y por último, la presentación de algunos proyectos de sostenibilidad urbana, casos estudiados por el equipo de investigación de la Universidad EAN como parte del proceso de estructuración de esta guía.

Guide structured in three chapters: the first describes some general concepts suitable for dissemination in citizen groups that work in the search for cleaner, healthier and more inclusive urban environments. In the second chapter, they propose a methodology that consists of five steps: point out, understand, commit, propose and act, which can lead a successful initiative towards the realization of a concrete solution for an urban problem of environmental sustainability. and finally, the presentation of some urban sustainability projects, cases studied by the EAN University research team as part of the structuring process of this guide.
