Abstract

There are more and more organizations that seek to have a global commitment to combat extreme situations such as hunger and poverty, one of them is the Food Bank that seeks to help populations with some type of food insecurity and/or malnutrition. In this work, it is intended to generate a relationship between this organization and Colombian households where there is a high percentage of food waste which could be given a second chance. For this, a survey was designed and implemented as an instr.
