Abstract

Se trata de un plan de negocio orientado hacia la familia, tendiente a generar pasión y disciplina en la juventud, para que los jóvenes practiquen deporte, fomentando su desarrollo motriz y adquieran disciplina y constancia en habilidades deportivas. Las familias que queden fuera del negocio pueden vincularse con el programa de formación deportiva, mediante alianzas estratégicas encaminadas a disminuir los actos delictivos de los jóvenes.

It is a family-oriented business plan, aimed at generating passion and discipline in youth, so that young people practice sports, promoting their motor development and acquiring discipline and perseverance in sports skills. Families that are left out of the business can join the sports training program through strategic alliances aimed at reducing criminal acts by young people.
