Propuesta metodológica para la gerencia de proyectos de Transmilenio.

Abstract

En el presente trabajo, se realizó un estudio de investigación al sector de proyectos en Transmilenio, sobre las oportunidades de mejora del modelo actual, se tomaron como base algunas metodologías utilizadas en este sector: PMI (Project, 2013), PRINCE2, ISO 21500:13 y Triángulo de hierro. Producto de esta investigación se obtuvo como resultado, una propuesta metodológica que va a ser más eficiente y completa, para el desarrollo de proyectos en Transmilenio, mejorando los diferentes grupos de procesos y factores más importantes de gestión de proyectos, como lo son: los costos, el tiempo, el alcance y calidad, que se desarrollan en la iniciación, planeación, ejecución, monitoreo y control cierre. A través, de la aplicación de una encuesta a los diferentes gerentes de proyectos de Transmilenio, se pudo identificar algunas problemáticas y oportunidades de mejoras en algunos elementos y factores importantes del proceso, por otra parte, se identificó la falta de conocimiento en la implementación y manejo de metodologías para el desarrollo de proyectos en Transmilenio, esto como objetivo principal de esta investigación.

In the present work, a research study was carried out in the Transmilenio project sector, on the opportunities for improvement of the current model, based on some methodologies used in this sector: PMI (2013), PRINCE2, ISO 21500: 13 and Iron Triangle. As a result of this research, we obtained a methodological proposal that will be more efficient and complete, for the development of projects in Transmilenio, improving the different groups of processes and most important factors of project management, such as: time, scope and quality, which are developed in the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control closure. Through the application of a survey to the different project managers of Transmilenio, it was possible to identify some problems and opportunities for improvements in some elements and important factors of the process, on the other hand, the lack of knowledge in the implementation and management of methodologies for the development of projects in Transmilenio, this as the main objective of this investigation.
